LX Seth, born Arish Sirkissoon, is a prominent Durban-based entrepreneur, academic, and an influential figure in the music and film industry. At the young age of 21, he was signed by India’s largest movie and recording label, T-Series. DR RAJ SINGH

Dr. Raj Singh was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. After completing his matriculation at Isipingo Secondary School, he pursued a B.Sc degree at the University of Durban-Westville. He later went to Mysore, India, where he studied for his MBBS degree (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), receiving both the Commonwealth and United Nations scholarships during his undergraduate training.

Dr. Singh began his medical career as a Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Prince Mshiyeni Hospital, South Africa, following his internship at RK Khan Hospital. In 1994, he opened his own private practice as a General Practitioner and served as a lecturer in Pathology at the Durban University of Technology.

With a passion for specializing in dermatology, Dr. Singh worked as a Registrar in both the Department of Medicine and the Department of Dermatology at King Edward Hospital, affiliated with the N.R. Mandela School of Medicine in South Africa. In 2004, he qualified as a Dermatologist and has since been in private practice, focusing on cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Singh has introduced various innovative procedures to KwaZulu-Natal and South Africa, including Laser Liposuction, eMatrix for acne scarring, SnoreLase for snoring, IntimaLase for vaginal tightening, IncontiLase for urinary incontinence, and VelaShape III for cellulite. He is also a qualified Dermatological Surgeon and has developed his own skincare product line, *Dr. RS Skincare*, specifically formulated for South African skin by a South African dermatologist.

Dr. Singh has spoken at numerous international congresses, including DASIL (Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery International League) in Malta, Sun City, Bangkok, Vietnam, Dubai, and Shanghai. His work was recognized at the World Congress of Dermatology in Vancouver in 2015, where his posters were accepted, and he was invited to speak at the World Congress of Dermatology in Bangalore in 2017, where he also chaired the South African session. He further participated in the Spring Continental Congress of Dermatology in 2018. Dr. Singh is a Fellow of the College of Dermatology of South Africa and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). He is also a member of the Dermatological Society of South Africa, EADV (European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology), DASIL, and the International Society of Dermatology.

In addition to his distinguished medical career, Dr. Singh is an accomplished author and filmmaker. His debut novel, *Love Has No Boundaries*, reflects his creative storytelling ability.

He has produced several feature films, including *The Castle*, *Tokoloshe: The Calling*, You’re Next* and HIGHWAY SHEILA RESURRECTION. His production credits extend to television shows such as *Dining and Vibing in SA* and *Tess: The Psychic Medium*, as well as documentaries like *He Spent 13 Years in Jail with Nelson Mandela: In Conversation with Mumtu Nxumalo*.

Dr. Singh has also executive produced talk shows, such as *Hot Bites with LX Seth*, further cementing his role as a versatile filmmaker and producer.
